14k Gold Jade Art Deco Ring

Exquisite Vintage Art Deco Period Apple Jade/Jadeite 14k Gold Ring

Truly beautiful genuine Apple Jade (Jadeite) and 14k Yellow Gold large cabochon ring from the Art Deco period. The stone is gorgeous, natural color, not enhanced or dyed and fairly large. The setting is elaborate and high, the Jadeite cabochon held by 4 fancy prongs at the Cardinal Points.

Stone measured in the setting is approximately 7/8" by 11/16" wide. Setting reaches 11mm or almost 7/8" at the highest point above the hand. This height includes the thickness of the stone. Ring size is 5.25 US. It weighs approximately 6.8  grams overall.

Marked simply 14k on the inside of the shank, it has been carefully tested to verify metal content. Stone was electronically tested. In excellent condition, a true beauty that dates from the 1930s to the 1940s, Art Deco Period.
