Please note we can only ship to the Credit Card Billing address and signature is required by the card holder. If you would like to have a gift shipped to a different address special arrangements can be made, just contact us please, or place your order by choosing phone, fax or check. How is my order shipped ?
We normally ship Priority Mail, insured, with a tracking number. Shipping outside the US requires an additional $12.00 shipping for Registered Mail and /or Insurance.
Do you ship to other countries ?
We ship world wide, where delivered by US Postal Service. Please note
that any tax or customs tariff in your country are your responsibility.
Tracking and expedited shipping is not available for International
orders, in most cases. For more information please see our Shipping page.
How long does it take to receive my order ?
If an item is in stock and ready to ship it gerally ships in one to two business days after the payment is received.We only ship orders after payment has cleared, so payment method affects the shipping date. Generally speaking Priority Mail arrives in 2 to 3 days within the contiguous USA, with exceptions. It is a great service and my experience with it is very good but it is not guaranteed. Other shipping methods by USPS are offered at the check out.
As some items are custom made when you order, please note the
availability of each individual item on that item description as that adds to delivery time..
What happens if I am not happy with the delivered item ? (Return Policy)
We do our best to make you happy. In the unlikely
event you are not happy with your purchase you must
contact us within 7 days from delivery for Return Authorization. Item must be returned within 14 days in it's original, unworn condition.
You may request a refund or exchange. Shipping costs
and insurance are not refundable.
Custom orders and out of stock items that are made specially for your order are not refundable. Custom Orders are Final Sales and items that are out of stock and custom made for your order can be exchanged but there will be no refunds.
Vintage and Antique Items maybe exchanged or returned for store credit only.
Please be assured all the materials used in the
artisan jewelry you see in this site are of the utmost
quality. They are, however, natural materials and some
variation are to be expected. Some patterned stones like
Jaspers and sometimes Turquoise for example, may have
minor inclusions that only add to their character and
beauty. Each stone and therefore each jewelry design is
unique in its own right and the minor inclusions and
variances only add to their uniqueness and authenticity.
Do you do repairs?
My jewelry designs are built to last for many years
and are guaranteed for 24 months from purchase to be free of workmanship defects and
will be repaired at no charge within that time frame. After the 24 months
time an estimate will be given for the repair
and if you agree to the cost we will proceed. Should
you have a problem for no fault of your own within the
24 month time frame (very rare, but occasionally it
happens) please return the piece to us properly
packed and insured with your name, address and phone

In case you misplace one of a pair of earrings,
please send the one piece left to the address above
with the same information or contact me. I
will do my best to recreate a match and if that is
not possible you will be contacted to discuss
alternatives.
