Please note we can only ship to the Credit Card billing address and card holder's signature is required at delivery.
If you would like to have a gift shipped to a different address special
arrangements can be made, just contact us please, or place your order
by choosing phone, fax or check. We will contact you for the
arrangements, please make sure contact information is accurate.
We normally ship within 48 hours after funds have cleared on our account. Please note the item description for additional needed time as some items are custom made. Custom orders take longer and we will do our best to meet the deadline for that special occasion.
Items are carefully wrapped and shipped boxed in a pouch within a gift box. We package very carefully!
Shipping to US:
- Preferred shipping Method is by USPS, Priority Mail or First Class Mail depending on the destination, size and weight. Packages over 10 ounces must be shipped Priority.. Even though it is not guaranteed our experience with Priority Mail is very good. Packages normally arrive within 3 to 5 business days to most locations. Please allow extra time for busy seasons, such as Christmas. Many times it is faster than regular service on most other carriers.
- Please note once an item leaves our hands we have no control over it. We cannot guarantee the delivery time. Every item is insured for it's full value and must be signed by the addressee. This is to protect you and your purchase. A tracking number is also issued on every shipment. It will be emailed to the provided email address so you can track the progress of your order.
- If any special arrangements are needed such as next day delivery please contact us prior to placing the order.
International Shipping :
- We gladly ship internationally where allowed by law. Please check the laws governing jewelry imports and custom duties in your country, as they are your responsibility. Any taxes, levies or any charges imposed by the laws of your country once your package arrives are your sole responsibility. We have no way to predict the cost and we do not collect these charges. They must be cleared by you in order to receive your package. Please note that customs clearance can add to the time it takes for your package to actually be delivered to you.
- International Shipping is also done by USPS as it is the most cost effective and speedy in delivery. We use Priority Mail International or First Class International if available for most magazines and items under $50.00. Package must not exceed 10 ounces in weight for First Class International. Please check USPS.com for availability to your country prior to placing an order or contact us with questions.
- Please note international packages must be insured or Registered and packages over $200.00 must be shipped Express Mail International.
- We cannot ship uninsured packages.
