Antique Chatelaine Perfume Bottle Pendant Charm

Beautiful antique Victorian chatelaine perfume bottle pendant in 12k Gold filled measures 1" tall not counting the chain, by almost 3/4" at the handles and 1/4" thick.  I am not sure the bottle opens, I have not been able to open it and did not want to force it.

It is in good condition but there is some patina occurring on one of the handles and loss of color around some of the edges.  The pictures are enlarged to show detail, it looks much better in person.
