Art Deco Marcasite Mother of Pearl Sterling Earrings

This gorgeous Art Deco long earrings are posts. True vintage Art Deco circa 1920's.

Earrings are covered in Marcasites and have a large rectangular beveled Mother of Pearl cabochon which is prong set. The Marcasite stones are really tiny and they give the earrings beautiful sparkle without overdoing it. There are no missing stones as you can see in the pictures. 

I believe the metal is Sterling Silver although they are unmarked. They have a nice weight and are not flimsy, yet are comfortable to wear. They have a very delicate and sturdy construction, made in two separate pieces so there is lots of movement. These are really gorgeous and dress up any outfit.

Earrings are 2" (5cm) tall and almost 7/8" (2cm) at the widest point. I believe they are French or at least European as the measurements are exact in the metric system.
