Ballou Vintage Jewelry is always beautiful, detailed and very well made. Some of the clip backs for earrings have lovely floral designs engraved on the metal. They actually hold the patents for several findings we still use today. The company started in 1876 and is still in business today but their production is limited to findings. Ballou is located in Rhode Island, US. They are now a part of W. R. Cobb.
