Vintage Bakelite bangle is approximately 3 1/2" in outside diameter, 2 1/4" inside diameter and has a circumference of 8". It is in perfect vintage condition and has been tested. Please visit our article to see how

It is important to note that you should measure the area around the knuckle as this bracelet has no closure and must slip over the hand. One very neat trick for bangles that are snug is to place your hand inside a plastic bag and run the bangle over the bag on to the wrist. Reverse the process to remove the bangle.
In perfect vintage condition, tested with hot water. Hot water is the best way to test Bakelite. Once placed in hot water it exudes a very strong and unpleasant smell, it is unmistakable.
