Early Chinese Cloisonne Hinged Bangle Clamper Bracelet

Gorgeous blue Cloisonne clamper bracelet, probably from the early 1920's. It has an overall square shape with rounded corners and is ornamented with gold (brass) wire scrolls on top and bottom plus beautiful tiny detailed flowers and leaves.

Bracelet has a nice weight and is also enameled on the inside in solid blue. Probably Chinese in origin.

Inside measurements are 2 1/2" by 2". Bracelet is 1/4"thick by 3/8" wide. It fits a small wrist up to 6 1/2" .

The outside comes to a point, if you sliced the bracelet and looked at the cut area it would form a triangle. Please see the pictures and you will be able to see what I mean, it is easy on the clasp picture.

There is no loss of enamel, no dings or fleabites, clasp is hidden push button type and in excellent working condition. There is slight patination on the male side of the clasp, but nothing serious.

This is a fine piece you don't see often, really gorgeous early bracelet in excellent vintage condition.
