Please note we can only ship to the Billing address and signature is required by the card holder.  If you would like to have a gift shipped to a different address special arrangements can be made, just contact us please. This is done to protect you from unauthorized use of your account. Please make sure your contact information is accurate.

How is my order shipped ?
We normally ship Priority Mail, insured, with a tracking number. Shipping outside the US requires an additional $12.00 shipping for Registered Mail and /or Insurance.

Do you ship to other countries ?
We ship to some countries by US Postal Service First Class International . Packages up to 4 lbs including magazines can be shipped this cost effective way. Please note that any tax or customs tariff in your country are your responsibility. Tracking and expedited shipping is available for some International orders. How long does it take to receive my order ?
If an item is in stock and ready to ship it generally ships in one to two business days after the payment is cleared.We only ship orders after payment has cleared, so payment method affects the shipping date. Generally speaking Priority Mail arrives in 2 to 3 days within the contiguous USA, with exceptions. It is a great service and my experience with it is very good but it is not guaranteed. Other shipping methods by USPS are offered at the check out. International orders take longer depending on shipping method and customs clearance.

What happens if I am not happy with the delivered item ? (Return Policy)
In the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase you must contact us within 3 days from delivery for Return Authorization. There are absolutely no refunds. We are happy to exchange or provide you with store credit.

Item must be reach us  within 7 days of delivery to you from in it's original, unworn condition. Please package the item as well as you received it and insure for the full amount. There are absolutely no refunds, we will gladly issue a store voucher for your next purchase in the form of a Gift Certificate or Reward Points if you are a Registered Member.

Shipping costs and insurance are not credited. In the case of a Free Shipping purchase the shipping, handling and insurance amount total will be deducted from the  store credit amount.

If an item is damaged in transit: We pack very carefully and insure every parcel we ship, n matter the destination. Save the original packaging but do not send the item back as it voids the insurance claim. Please let us know about it right away.

Vintage and Antique Items maybe exchanged or returned for store credit only. There are no refunds!

Due to time constraints I regret I cannot repair jewelry made by others.
