Vintage Hobé Necklace Long Sautoir AB Crystal Tassel

Stunning Aurora Borealis (AB) Crystal dimensional tassel necklace by Hobé. This gorgeous long necklace is a sautoir length and 25" in length overall not including the 3 1/2" tassel.

The chain is composed of links which are flat in the center and at even intervals there are cut crystals, cut as hexagons with large reflective surfaces.

The tassel is bell or pagoda style, dimensional and measure about 1 1/2" in diameter at the widest point. Formed by filigree caps of graduated sizes, eeach cap is adorned with faceted hexagonal AB crystals. The size of the caps and of the crystals decreases as you go lower in the tassel and culminate on the largest crustal of all, centered at the lowest cap.

Really gorgeous design, full of sparkle and movement, this stunning necklace does make an elegant statement.

It is in excellent vintage condition, slight color difference on the largest of the filigree caps. All crystals are in excellent shape. Loss of plating to the tag only, nowhere else.Circa 1960s.
