Vintage Sterling Charm ~ Little Fish with Big Mouth

Well, he is not that little but sure has a big mouth!

This adorable vintage charm is made in Sterling Silver with Lapis Lazuli eyes. It measures 1 1/4" long to the tip of the tail, 7/8" tall at the fin including the loop but not the jump ring. He is 3/4" wide.

The charm is very well made, and I would not be surprised if it is hand made. It doesn't appear to be cast. The body is textured, the fins are applied, the eyes are bezel set and is totally hollow. Just a great little fish charm for your bracelet or necklace.

Marked "Sterling" on the loop on his fin. Vintage 1940s, in perfect vintage condition.
