Fabulous Mediterranean Frangia Branch Bright Coral Necklace

Fabulous vintage frangia or branch coral from the Mediterranean Sea necklace. The branches of Coral are natural and fairly large in size. This larger size is very hard to find and I expect will become even harder. Estimated date is 1970s.

This bright true Coral necklace has Sterling Silver beaded end and clasp and might be Native American made, certainly Southwestern in style. Overall wearable length is 22 1/4" .
Frangia size varies from average 3/8" at the ends to 1 1/2" at the center - it is gorgeous! Color is bright and natural.
