Finally Summer is Here!
We will be at GreenFlea this Sunday, June 1, from 10AM to 5:45PM, weather permitting. with lots of new couture artisan jewelry styles and gifts for Dad! We have a great collection of Vintage and Antique Cuff links, Fountain Pens and even Pocket Watches.
GreenFlea is located at Columbus Avenue and 76th Street..
This will be a great opportunity to see what is new - and there are lots to be seen!

Memorial Day Weekend

Schedule Update!
Spring is here and we will be at GreenFlea this Sunday from 10AM to 5:30PM at Columbus Avenue and 76th Street, Spaces B1/B2 very close to the main entrance.
We also just added 2 weekends at Crafts on Columbus. They are May 3 & 4 and May 10 & 11 and will be at our usual location at the corner of 81st Street and Central Park West. We are not going to be there this weekend April 26th & 27th, but will be at GreenFlea on Sunday April 27th instead. It's only a couple of blocks away.
For this Sunday we have some really great new jewelry styles, a group of fantastic vintage handbags including a stunning large Crocodile skin shoulder-bag, a carved Lucite evening necessaire, a 1920's leather purse with Tortoise and Sterling Silver clasp and a beautiful silk brocade Art Deco purse with Quartz Crystal carved over Mother of Pearl. These are beautiful purses, worth seeing, and so are the parasols and umbrellas with beautiful patterns and Bakelite handles.
There is lots more and I won't bore you with long descriptions.
It has been a very loooong time. Looking forward to seeing you all again!

Happy Birthday, Frida Kahlo!
Happy Birthday, Frida Kahlo!
Well, actually her 100th birthday was in July last year but to celebrate the life of this Arts and Womanhood icon the Philadelphia Art Museum has compiled the largest collection of her work to be available for public viewing in the United States in the last 50 years.
I am very honored to have been contacted by the Museum to create a special jewelry line for this momentous occasion. You can see it in the category created just for this event, entitled "For Frida Kahlo", under the "By The Artist" main category.
This is certainly an exhibit not to be missed, and having been a great admirer of her work and of the Museum itself, this is a truly special time for me.
If you would like to attend the exhibit, please visit the museum site for tickets at PhilaMuseum.org. It is a wonderful institution with a vast and exquisite collection, well worth the day trip. And while you are there, please make sure to stop by the shop and see the work of yours truly there as well. How cool is that? ;)

It seems this might be the last of the warm (by comparison) Sundays for a while so we are taking this opportunity to be at GreenFlea this Sunday, January 13 from 10AM till at least 4:30PM. Greenflea is located at Columbus Avenue and 76th Street in Manhattan. NY. Our space is outdoors, close to the entrance on Columbus Avenue.

Just a quick note to let you know we will be at GreenFlea tomorrow at Columbus Avenue and 76th Street, from 10AM with lots of new goodies for you.

Holiday Shopping is easy at GreenFlea!
Hope you are well and enjoying the season's change!
We will be at GreenFlea this weekend from 10AM to 5:30PM. We have a new location until the end of the year, which is actually one row closer to the front entrance on Columbus Avenue. When you come in from that gate, just look to your left - we are right at that first corner facing Columbus Avenue.
Some of the new items for this week are Quartz Crystal Rose Gold Filled bracelets and necklaces, petit hoop earrings, a new mixture of Antiqued Silver and 18k Gold (gorgeous and not too serious if you don't want it to be).
Estate and vintage items recently added includ a handpicked group of vintage Sterling Charms and pins of many types. Plus (and that's a big plus) we now carry some great vintage Fashion Magazines and catalogs from the turn of the 20th Century to the 90s, including vintage Vogue, Bazaar, Town and Country, Ellegance (French Publication) and many other high fashion, art, architecture and style magazines They are a wonderful resource for stylists, designers, costume designers, collectors and vintage addicts (like me). We are just bringing a sampler of these as they will be available through our website later on.
Our intent is to stock our pop up boutique with an assortment of items and make life easier for you. No crowded stores and malls, just stop by and see what's new today.

We are back!
In preparing to serve you better this holiday season we have made many changes to the site. Although they are not visible from the store end, we believe this improvements will make for a much better shopping experience. The site upgrade is all but complete and we are back on a faster server. Adding more products is our next priority and we are doing that everyday of next week, so please stay tuned.
Tomorrow, Sunday November 4, will be at GreenFlea at Columbus Avenue and 76th Street, from 10AM to 5PM. Since Daylight Savings Time ends today, it now closes at 5PM (don't forget to set your clocks and get that extra hour of sleep!).

we are taking more space this Sunday. Our larger booth is located one row closer to the main entrance at Columbus Avenue, still at the very front of the market, on your left as you come in from Columbus Avenue. Hours are 10AM to 5:30PM and we are outdoors, rain or shine.

glorious vintage purses are 20% off this weekend only with many new styles added. We have a few gorgeous Alligator purses, Italian Leather clutches and some wonderful Mod ones too.
A wonderful collection of
Vintage Gloves will debut this weekend, including items from the early 1920's to very Mod gloves with zippers.
We have a new Estate Jewelry Collection which includes 14K and some very fine Sterling Silver from around the world and beautiful 1940's Gold Filled
locket pendants that are brand new, never worn for all these years. A couple of them have real diamonds!
A new section of vintage fashion and art magazines includes 1900 to 1980's American and International publications. We have Vogue, Mademoiselle, Glamour, RedBook, Seventeen (from the 50's!), Harper's Bazaar, Good Housekeeping and many more we will be sampling this week. Also alternative and underground magazines like Flair (the "it" magazine of the 50's), Avant Garde (from the 60's) and Realité (Fine Arts). If you like Mid Century styles we have some great magazines of the time. We are only bringing a sample of this, the balance will be posted on the website in the upcoming weeks.

It's that time of the year again and we will be at Crafts on Columbus this Saturday and Sunday, April 28 and 29th, from 10AM to 6PM. Finally it looks like the Ice Age has ended and this weekend will be great weather wise! We will be at GreenFlea on Sunday, 76th Street and Columbus Avenue at our usual location outdoors. 81st Street and Central Park West, Upper West Side, Manhattan from 10AM to 6PM both Saturday and Sunday, October 14th and 15th. This is a wonderful Juried Craft Show promoted by The American Arts and Crafts Alliance. Over 150 artists exibit their work. Everything you could hope for, including items for the kids.
The weather promises to be beautiful so why not stop by and visit?. See the leaf colors change on Central Park or visit the Butterfly Conservatory at the Natural History Museum or spend hours in space at the Rose Planetarium. A wonderful New York Day trip for everyone!
