Vintage Rhinestone Flowers on Gold Tone Metal: A Great Pretender!

Graduated metal flowers are linked to form this two tone gold and silver bold necklace.  The flowers start small in the back near the clasp and increase in size and detail towards the center.  Each of the larger 7 flowers have an oval green faceted rhinestone as the center.  Flower size starts at 5/8" tall by 1/2" wide not including the loops on the sides. Size increases to 1 1/4" tall approximately by 1 1/8" wide not counting the loops for the center flower.

Another nice detail about this vintage necklace is that the metal is silver tone where the clear round rhinestones are set.  This is the traditional way for setting diamonds against a white metal.

Necklace measures 15 3/4" when closed. It is unsigned and well made with good weight and nice details, good quality costume jewelry.  It is in very good vintage condition and dates from the 1980s.
