Shipping

Please note we can only ship to the billing address and card holder's signature is required at delivery.  We do not ship to third parties outside the US.  If you would like to have a gift shipped to a different address within the US, we might be able to make special arrangements. Please contact us .

We normally ship within 48 hours after funds have cleared on our account. Please note the item description for additional needed time as some items are custom made. Custom orders take longer and we will do our best to meet the deadline for that special occasion.

Items are professionally wrapped and shipped boxed. Jewelry and small items are placed in a pouch within a gift box and placed into a shipping box or padded envelopw. We package very carefully!

Shipping to US:

• Preferred shipping Method is by USPS, Priority Mail or First Class Mail depending on the destination, size and weight. Packages over 12 ounces must be shipped Priority Mail. Even though it is not guaranteed our experience with Priority Mail is very good. Packages normally arrive within 3 to 5 business days to most locations. Please allow extra time for busy seasons, such as Christmas. Many times it is faster than regular service on most other carriers.

• Please note we cannot guarantee the delivery time. Every item is insured for it's full value and must be signed for by the addressee. This is to protect you and your purchase. A tracking number is also issued on every shipment. It will be emailed to the provided email address so you can track the progress of your order.

• If any special arrangements are needed such as next day delivery please contact us prior to placing the order.

 If your country is not listed and you would like to place an order, please contact us. We might be able to add it to the list above, if we can ship USPS insured to your location.

Please check the laws governing jewelry imports and custom duties in your country, as they are your responsibility. Any taxes, levies or any charges imposed by the laws of your country once your package arrives are your sole responsibility. We have no way to predict the cost and we do not collect these charges. They must be cleared by you in order to receive your package. Please note that customs clearance can add to the time it takes for your package to actually be delivered to you.

Please do not ask for the package to be marked Gift or Sample. It is unlawful to do so.

International Shipping is also done by USPS as it is the most cost effective and speedy in delivery. We use First Class International or Priority Mail International  if available. First Class International packages must not exceed 4 pounds or 1.8kg in weight for First Class International. Orders valued at over $400.00 cannot be shipped  First Class. Please contact us with any questions.

Please note international packages must be insured. Packages valued at over $200.00 must be Registered.

We do not ship uninsured packages.
