Gorgeous signed Miriam Haskell Egyptian Revival pendant necklace with woven chain. The large pendant features a Sphinx or Pharaoh face surrounded by 4 Lotus flowers, one at each corner. Beautiful Russian Gold plate typical of Haskell work, very nicely detailed. Notice the dimension on the face, the detail on the Lotus flowers and the texture on the bail. Stunning!

Pendant measures 3" tall including the bail by 2 5/8" wide. The face is raised from the background.

This necklace dates to the 70s from the type of clasp used.

Chain is woven, closes with a great clasp that has a patent number 3427691 and where the Miriam Haskell signature is found. The patent was filed in 1965 and granted in 1969.

Pendant is in very good vintage condition with very minor patination on the reverse side of the face. The chain has been pinched in 4 different spots due to poor storage by previous owner. It does not affect wearability of the necklace, most areas are towards the back of the neck. Price has been adjusted to reflect this condition.

Overall chain length is 25".
