Lovely brooch from the Victorian Era features a reverse painted molded Goofus glass motif set against shimmering Mother of Pearl and bezel set on gold plated metal.

Overall shape is an elongated octagon. It measures 1 3/8" wide by1 1/16" tall and 3/16" thick at the center of the domed glass. The mother of pearl background is beautiful and lively.

Brooch is in excellent vintage condition. Closes with a simple c clasp without a safety latch. Circa 1900's, it was cherished and well cared for. A wonderful addition to your Victorian or Christmas vintage jewelry collection, and an excellent choice for your jewelry wardrobe.
