Victorian Revival 1930s Hand Carved Shell Cameo Brooch

Beautiful Victorian Revival 1930s hand carved shell cameo set bezel set in Sterling Silver. It is a pin or pendant, there is a ring in the back for the bail. The ring seems to be a later addition and is silver plated copper, some of the plating is off on the highest point of the ring only. I added a Sterling Silver jump ring to it after the pictures were taken, so you can wear it as a pendant as well.

It is 1 3/8" tall and 1 1/16" wide, and is in excellent vintage  condition. Very nicely detailed hair with curls, dress with fabric folds and a necklace. Lovely face with great detail and loving expression.
