Keep in mind this is THE Gift Guide for that year. It is indeed a feast for the eyes and mind. The feast starts with the cover, a headdress by Halston meant to symbolize mistletoe, it is simply exquisite.

Fabulous Couture including evening wear, jewels, costume jewelry. It is a gorgeous and scarce issue. A prior Brooklyn library copy with protective plastic cover over the magazine cover, which has caused it to partially dislodge from the spine. Binding is tight. There is a tear on one of Nureyev's images but it is not missing any part of the page. Spine was taped a long time ago.
